MALE VISITORS ARE MOST WELCOME TO JOIN OUR RUNS.
Mother Hash is a male only hash chapter and male guests (only) are most welcome on our runs.
Run starts normally at 6pm unless indicated otherwise (eg. on public holidays).
Directions: You can choose between the Google Maps link or Waze link above as per your preference. As our run sites are usually off the main road Google Maps and Waze may give different directions to reach the run site so best check both for the best directions before hitting the road.
Guest fees: normal run RM 50, gazetted run RM 80.
What to bring for a Mother Hash run:
Trail running shoes (we run mostly on trails and off trail so grippy shoes are the preferred choice)
Head light / torch (our runs start at 6pm and we end in the dark, if you don't have one ask the OnSec or JM2 if you can borrow one)
Water bottle or drink belt etc
Zip lock for your phone (to protect against the rain and the occasional river crossing)
Fresh pair of clothes and towel (most members bring plenty shower water and are happy to share with our guests)
How to get there:
We usually run about an hour's drive outside Kuala Lumpur (city centre). Overseas guests can always call one of our Committee members to arrange for a lift from Kuala Lumpur.
